This Return Policy applies to event styling services provided by Quibalorkhimix. Since we provide services rather than physical products, this policy outlines our approach to service cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event styling service, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Modification Requests

We understand that event plans may change. Modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges:

  • Date changes requested more than 30 days in advance: Subject to availability, no additional fees
  • Date changes requested 15-30 days in advance: Subject to availability, 15% modification fee
  • Date changes requested less than 15 days in advance: Not guaranteed, 25% modification fee if accommodated
  • Package upgrades or additions: Prorated pricing based on current rates

Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Administrative fees are non-refundable
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

Weather and Force Majeure

In the event of extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control that prevent service delivery:

  • We will work with you to reschedule the service at no additional charge
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided
  • This applies to situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures

Service Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of services provided:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of the event completion
  • We will investigate your concerns promptly
  • Resolution may include service adjustments, partial refunds, or other accommodations as appropriate

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Services already rendered on the event date
  • Custom ordered items that have been purchased specifically for your event
  • Administrative and processing fees
  • Consultation fees if the consultation has already occurred
